Gold Numbers’ voicemail feature ensures that businesses never miss a customer, even if they are away from their phone and the caller doesn’t leave a voicemail message.
Gold Numbers provides a range of 0800, 0845, 0844 and virtual local numbers. Gold Voicemail is one such feature. As with a normal voicemail you can add your own personal message to it which callers will hear if you are unable to answer the phone or are busy on another call. They then have the opportunity to leave a message for you. This is an essential feature, as the alternative is the customer faced with either continuous ringing, or with an engaged tone.
